As an independent Garage owner I have now declined to take on any Warranty work related to Warrantywise. After dealing with this Company for a few years now we have seen every claim submitted to them be rejected even though the failure is documented and processed inline with the warranty agreement. The company will find any excuse to reject the claim and prolong the repair process as long as they can. The customer basically gets left high and dry with the repair costs. They will send an independent (1⭐️ rating) assessor out to investigate the claim (Their office is just round the corner from the headquarters) they then take forever compile a report to say the failure is due to “wear and tear” and not covered by warranty. The only good reviews are related to how easy the policy is to buy and hand over your hard earned money and then it’s all down hill from there…. Ed China should be ashamed to be the Face of this Company but I suppose all the money will help him sleep at night.
