They told me what I wanted to hear over the phone
[it’s going to be exactly the same warranty as what your manufacturers warranty was]
I took this for granted but after two months a front sensor failed also a rear tailligate damper failed they told me I had to pay for a premium up front and they wouldn’t cover the rear tailgate damper as I had only taken out the policy two months ago.
Don’t go near this company run like this is carrying the plague
Also I’d tried to cancel the policy 3 weeks prior to making a claim I was held in a queue for over an hour on the phone and didn’t get through so I sent them an email via their service desk they never replied so after they declined my claim I just had to phone my bank and cancel any further payments.
