Having the same problems with WW .Was sold a follow on policy after being bombarded by their sales team with calls ,emails ect.
Recently had to claim for a Thermostat which is 1 hour work and needs 4 lts of Antifreeze .
WW will only pay for 30 minutes Labour and 1 lt of Antifreeze which is under the recommendations of the manufacturer .They are not interested when you use esculations so now going to the Trading Standards .
