My first attempt at making a claim, not impressed with the service.
If you want to speak to a person then don't use this company. Everything is done by a mechanical recording which is barely understandable. They obviously don't want to provide a personal service. Would be good if you could arrange a call-back.
Warrantywise need to make some changes ASAP.
