0-stars if possible. Since we sacked WEPM from our estate 2 years ago we have saved c.£250,000, and ongoing. I kid you not. Plus the new agent provides us with accurate and fully transparent accounts and reporting, and responds to lessees promptly and effectively, something we had only dreamed of under WEPM.
My advice: get your ManCo to ditch this shower asap. You will not regret it.
