Our Freeholder management company selected Warwick Eststes in 2010. The worst thing that could happen. They are abysmally bad. They messed up everything from day one. They miscalculated and collected the wrong maintenance fees from 2010 to 2015 when we spotted the error. The lifts weren't ensure for 5 years. Health and Security needs were ignored for years. Recently they collected the wrong contribution for the block insurance.
The bad reviews are totally fair and 100% correct.
