Warwick estates does not care about the buildings and tenants that it manages. Issues take YEARS to resolve, Warwick keeps hiring different contractors to assess problems with underwhelming results. We've had a leak for over 2 years now which has made one of the flats inhabitable. Their work is superficial, answer only the questions they want to and any question of note - such as, is the building still under warranty? - are just ignored for months. It is heartbreaking to think how much money tenants spend on a company that really doesn't care about the state of the building. It really feels like we're throwing money down the drain.
