I am the owner of an apartment managed by Warwick Estates. On first purchasing the property and for some time after, the charges were very reasonable, but then began rapidly escalating. I requested a full breakdown of charges. To say they are opaque is an understatement. There are numerous charges by them without any accompanying evidence. They are difficult to deal with, nobody seems to have any care for end users like us, I suggest anyone being managed by this organisation gets together with other owners in their block / development and seek to make alternative arrangements. The sooner the law tightens up on these management firms, the better.
