Rubbish. Very poor communication. Don’t seem to care about getting jobs done or what the development looks like in my opinion. Only respond after chasing and chasing up emails. Very very slow to action works that are needed. Felt like a full time job chasing up Warwick to get jobs done. Standard reply was along the lines of we haven’t got the funds at the moment to do this. Stay away honestly really really poor in my opinion. Took ages to get rid of them as managing agent and get a new one in who are so much better.
