Dreadful customer service. I had a debt collection letter from them, even though I'd already paid my service charge in full. When I contacted them to find out what it was all about, nobody would speak to me at first. Eventually I got through to somebody who was rude to me and told me to pay or the "debt" will increase. I tried to explain there is no "debt" but they just didn't get it. I couldn't get over how rude they were to me. Terrible, terrible company.
