They deliver appalling customer service. But worse than that, they deliver an appalling service in general. Warwick Estates is a dodgy property managing agent, the work they oversee is carried out to a very poor standard and they just don't seem to care. Questions go unanswered, zero transparency and very cagey. Do yourself a favour and just keep well away of them.
