Do not use this company! Staff are worse than useless, they are over priced and quick to add charges to your bills while they do nothing to fix any issue with your building. A couple of residence are now taking legal action against these criminals. How can they leave a residents with black mould in their living room for 8 months and other residence suffering with damp internal and external and still nothing has been done despite constant chasing.... Joanne at Warwick is a disgrace. DO NOT USE!
