I wouldn't know where to start they are appalling - they don't even deserve one star.
Laura Ball - you are 100% correct about their good reviews.
I have evidence that friends/family of Warwick write these - and it appears to be on an industrial scale - and if I thought the Competitions and Markets Authority would take any action I'd submit all the screen grabs I've taken from Trustpilot and Facebook to them.
I don't see how you can trust sites like Trustpilot when they turn a blind eye to how their site is being abused.
