My development has suffered years of very low quality service from Warwick Estates. The list is endless, but to name a few, the poor service includes property managers not properly checking the work carried out by the contractors they appoint, not obtaining competitive quotes, not replying to communications, significantly overbudgeting and being several years late issuing accounts so refunds are not given for the overbudgeted service charges. Nicky who looks after their account with that other review site, the one which sounds like Must-Lie-A-Lot, tries hard to sound positive, but doesn't even keep to his word in the comments he adds. He gives the head office main number, instead of a direct line and is always in a meeting when you call, no doubt hiding from reality. There's no point acting surprised when somebody complains about the worst property management company in the business. We all know that Warwick Estates an unscrupulous company. The people who've witnessed the nasty side of Warwick Estates are the surprised ones when they read the monotonous 5-star reviews. They gave hope at first but then the common pattern and style which emerged is laughable. Warwick Estates is without a doubt the most awful company I've ever had to deal with. Anybody reading this might think they can't be that bad. Trust me, Warwick Estates is a despicable company and the sooner we can break any ties with them the better.
