Switching off faulty fire alarm systems must be standard policy. In the same fashion as already mentioned, my block also had a faulty fire alarm system which I have evidence to prove it was just switched off. Being charged for "risk management" and "health and safety" is a joke and simply offensive, when this bunch of inadequately qualified incompetents will allow the fire alarm system for a block of flats to be switched off with absolutely no notice.
