Managing Agents have a difficult challenge and I find it extremely hard to understand such harsh criticism. Warwick have managed my property in Central London for over 10 years. it is an apartment complex with 60 flats. My property manager is available, understands property management fully and clearly explains break-down of charges and any aspect of the property that I may not understand. Fees are reasonable but if you want your property managed efficiently you have to expect to pay a certain amount.
