It's a despicable company and every member of their staff I've had the misfortune to speak with is also despicable. They offer promises they never intend to deliver. Their managing agent services are dire. I have no idea why the fees are so high unless there's questionable activity. I urge people not to fall into their trap. They promise virtually everything and deliver virtually nothing.
