They have failed to impress. Quite a shameful service. Or perhaps that should be shamful. They purport to operate as property managers. But there has been no evidence of managing anything. Service charges are terribly expensive, yet very little service is provided. Their communication skills are appalling. It is an utterly despicable way to treat their customers.
