Two items missing and 1 incorrect. On sending emails to inform them they have sent cctv of someone packing my order however the cctv is unclear and nothing is clearly visible.
On asking them to provide a still image of all items in the box they refuse to do so. My first order with them at over £150 and my last.
Very unhelpful staff and they are making me feel like a criminal for items they refuse to believe me when I say they were NOT in the box!
Whilst the items missing were not expensive if they do this to customers they will be on a tidy little profit!
Their attitude is who cares! They will exchange an item that was sent incorrectly but will not do anything about the missing items.
I will avoid at all costs now which is a shame as apart from a couple of missing items and an incorrect flavour I’ve enjoyed the rest!
Items are only cheap if you get them ALL! Which I certainly didnt.
