They lied on the advert online, which I can prove. I have screenshots that customer services Are rubbish literally took all day to get nowhere they admit that there was an error online and for all my troubles they offer me a £5 coupon. Stay clear I wouldn’t trust him for one. they still don’t get the point. I was lied to all they care about is their invoice not what they advertised and they could not care about consumer rights either. Will be reporting the trade standards. Only received 10 not 100 like advertised basically pay full price black Friday deal for a expired Vapes coned”
“Ordered a 10 box of lost Mary 600's, £30, absolute waste of money, they ran out within minutes of opening them. I don't know where they are buying the stock but it's obviously very poor.”

“I have bought over 100 vapes in a month and nearly every single one of them ran out of battery within 5 min or the flavour was compleety away and was only a burning taste left I tried to complain and asked for a partial refund in which they refused I started checking the barcodes with elux websight only to find out the vapes they are selling are FAKE beware of this sight they rip you off and sell fake capes that could be harmful they have been reported to trading standards and will hopefully be investigated”

I ordered a week ago got a message saying it would be delivered two days later. A week on and I am still waiting I have contacted the company no reply”

DPD have admitted their driver went to the wrong house and the GPS proved it.

They do Not help they just argue about the fact. They are deceptive. See all the bad feedback talking about fake vapes fake oils and fake disposables.
The photos they showed were nothing at all like the vape sent to me. The photos showed a far superior and more expensive vape and the vape they sent me was nothing like the photos had shown. They are miss selling by showing a different item than the advertised one. I've reported this action to trading standards who have told me as the photos were different from the item sent I should have been fully refunded because they did not send the one pictured photograph. They have been a nightmare and have definitely deceived me and many more people. I suggested they should put the right photos next to the descriptions as it's totally misleading. They believe that showing a different picture is legal. But its not. They are ripping people off by showing better vapes than they send. Trading standards said this company has been warned multiple times before for doing the same thing. They have not taken responsibility for Selly me a different item than was photographed.
This is very bad practice so it seems their photos or their sales can Not be trusted. This is a scam company who are ripping people off everyday. Please be warned they are cheats and sell items that don't match the items sent. They believe its not law to show the right article photos they have added a very sneaky wording saying mini in descriptions but the one in the pictures was not a mini.be warned about these cheats, they believe the photos do not have to show the right pictures. Miss selling by adding a different photo. You will receive a fake cheap Chinese copy that is totally different from the vapes pictures. Such bad company who cannot be trusted.”
“at first the issue was with delivery company saying there was no one in to take delivery , which is a total lie as the delivery address was a 24hr business , rang washington vapes and explained this still waiting for call back to explain why this happened not great customer service”

“I have placed four orders with this company over the last two to three months and they have been great. Good prices and good comms.
Can’t argue about the postage cost when I can but my favourite Dinner Lady flavours at less than a fiver for 50ml .
All four orders dispatched quickly and received in good time using the Royal Mail option .
My only gripe is too many emails from them .
Otherwise now my go to online vape store .”
