“Two items missing and 1 incorrect. On sending emails to inform them they have sent cctv of someone packing my order however the cctv is unclear and nothing is clearly visible.
On asking them to provide a still image of all items in the box they refuse to do so. My first order with them at over Ā£150 and my last.
Very unhelpful staff and they are making me feel like a criminal for items they refuse to believe me when I say they were NOT in the box!
Whilst the items missing were not expensive if they do this to customers they will be on a tidy little profit!
Their attitude is who cares! They will exchange an item that was sent incorrectly but will not do anything about the missing items.
I will avoid at all costs now which is a shame as apart from a couple of missing items and an incorrect flavour Iāve enjoyed the rest!

“Was a difficult choice about what to rate this site, The product range and price is very good, although a little disappointing that they don't offer free delivery if ordering over a certain value which most vapes stores do.
The website itself is very slow and not easy to navigate.
The other problem i found with the website is that the fields are aligned correctly. This has caused me an issue on selecting a delivery method. It states DPD in bold text and beneath in non bold text advises it includes Saturday delivery. This actually isn't the case apparently the non bold text is actually a note about the DPD option below.
I wouldn't have minded but i have placed a delivery to an alternative address as it stated it would come Saturday, but i then receive a message saying its coming Monday. I can't change the delivery address and i now have a package being delivered to somebody elses address who won't be home Monday. If i knew this, i would have ordred it to be delivered to my home as i will be there Monday.
Now i'm not sure when i will be able to receive my delivery due to misleading information on the site.
Upon contacting support, they wasn't helpful at all. Seems as though your badgering them opposed to them actually being there to assist.
This is only my 2nd order from the site, 1st was processed and delivered great, but this has now shaken my confidence in placing a 3rd.”

Purchased a vape (Smok m17) from this company which did not work, had a charging fault. Sent it back for testing as requested and am told that their technicians have tested the product and it is working fine so they are returning it back to me.
Received back but same problem, not charging despite using 3 different chargers all of which work on a different m17 vape.
Washington Vapes response ātake the issue up with Smok as we have tested the product and it worked perfectly well for usā.
So I am left with a faulty vape and a company who are washing their hands of the problem.

“SCAM SCAM SCAM. Order never arrived, rang on Saturday at around 11am. Number was coming up as user busy, tried a couple more times and when the guy answered his first words were weāre shut didnāt you get the hint from the number being busy? Well no, if the number is busy that means someoneās talking on the phone in my experience which would show you are open. And if youāre shut why are you answering the phone. Iāve raised my case back through PayPal and wonāt be using you again. It was obviously a scam by the prices.”

Terrible customer service, ordered a device which turned out to be faulty and when I returned the item to request a refund I was made to feel it was my fault, had the device just over a week with the release button for the battery came out. I had said I would purchase another device but the staff were so rude they responded with we donāt want your business. I have been a loyal customer for a few years and just shows how people treat loyal customers that help them grown the business and recommending to my friends.
Just goes to show how much care and attention they give to loyal customers that spend on average close to a Ā£100 a month”
