Absolutely shocking customer services, my order was lost in the post, Royal Mail confirmed they has lost it and Washington Vapes could claim their money back but they still refused to refund me or resend. So now they have my money & will be able to claim with Royal Mail too and I'm left with nothing!
I would suggest reading this companies reviews before committing to a purchase!
