They do Not help they just argue about the fact. They are deceptive. See all the bad feedback talking about fake vapes fake oils and fake disposables.
The photos they showed were nothing at all like the vape sent to me. The photos showed a far superior and more expensive vape and the vape they sent me was nothing like the photos had shown. They are miss selling by showing a different item than the advertised one. I've reported this action to trading standards who have told me as the photos were different from the item sent I should have been fully refunded because they did not send the one pictured photograph. They have been a nightmare and have definitely deceived me and many more people. I suggested they should put the right photos next to the descriptions as it's totally misleading. They believe that showing a different picture is legal. But its not. They are ripping people off by showing better vapes than they send. Trading standards said this company has been warned multiple times before for doing the same thing. They have not taken responsibility for Selly me a different item than was photographed.
This is very bad practice so it seems their photos or their sales can Not be trusted. This is a scam company who are ripping people off everyday. Please be warned they are cheats and sell items that don't match the items sent. They believe its not law to show the right article photos they have added a very sneaky wording saying mini in descriptions but the one in the pictures was not a mini.be warned about these cheats, they believe the photos do not have to show the right pictures. Miss selling by adding a different photo. You will receive a fake cheap Chinese copy that is totally different from the vapes pictures. Such bad company who cannot be trusted.”

So now they have my money & will be able to claim with Royal Mail too and I'm left with nothing!

“Two items missing and 1 incorrect. On sending emails to inform them they have sent cctv of someone packing my order however the cctv is unclear and nothing is clearly visible.
On asking them to provide a still image of all items in the box they refuse to do so. My first order with them at over £150 and my last.
Very unhelpful staff and they are making me feel like a criminal for items they refuse to believe me when I say they were NOT in the box!
Whilst the items missing were not expensive if they do this to customers they will be on a tidy little profit!
Their attitude is who cares! They will exchange an item that was sent incorrectly but will not do anything about the missing items.
I will avoid at all costs now which is a shame as apart from a couple of missing items and an incorrect flavour I’ve enjoyed the rest!

They have decided to be brilliant with customers by reducing guarantee to only 60 days when everyone else seems to be stating 6-12 months. Spoke to the Manager Jordan, would rather damage his own brand of the business then help a customer with a manufacturer defect on a product less than 4 months old.. Shame on you and the company. When will people understand stop sticking to your own made up policies then blaming your policy why you can't do something.”
