hello, my name is kelly, i use you guys a lot for my vape pens. However i got an order and it seems iv had a faulty one, it’s the Banana ice, i opened it up and it’s just flashing constantly at the bottom, i’m afraid to use it just in case, it has leaked a little bit aswel near the air hole, not a lot, so i was wondering if i could maybe get an exchange for a new one?? but like i say unfortunately i don’t have the packaging for this banana ice one?
