I signed up for text messages and later saw a text with a $10 discount, but my order was already submitted. The company had a phone number in the text message, so I called them. I told them my order was processed and could I get the $10. The person answered the phone quickly, I was not on hold. He checked my order and gave me a $10 refund! Amazing to talk to a customer service rep right away and saved $10. Based on my experience I highly recommend WatchWarehouse for their products, prices, and customer service.
