Unfortunately the watch crystal had cracked in three places when it arrived at my nephew's door. (It was a Christmas present.) He contacted you to remedy the situation, returned the watch for a replacement and it just arrived today. The watch is great! I just wish it hadn't cracked in the first place. All's well that ends well.
