The website is easy to navigate and I have been able to find watches that were out of stock on the manufacturer’s own websites. The check out process was easy and the shipping and delivery was quick. “I received the Vendetta X. I purchased one that had a discount. I was expecting a new watch. It seems that this one was used. Perhaps returned and refurbished. A little scratched, watch leather strap worn already. So I would say 3 stars as they should have stated it wasn’t a Brand New watch when they offer a discount. Will I buy again? Not sure TBH. The quality of the watch itself is great. It felt solid and the construction and finishing was clean. I do hope they transition to shorter, sub 40, 36-38mm watches, than the grotesquely bulky watches that are finally out of style.”

“Picked a low end watch as my first purchase to track the entire process. It seemed straight forward, select, pay and wait. Communication as far as shipping etc; was good. Shipping out of the USA proved lengthy, but reasonable. Watch arrived via mail service, in a well labelled but lightly insulated box. The presentation box is excellent, well padded and quite unique. It all went downhill when I opened the box. The watch face and bracelet were tightly wrapped in plastic which after removal showed small pieces of glass that revealed a chipped and fractured lens. Suffice to say that it is unreasonable with todays technology and processes some one would ship out a damaged product let alone wrap it tightly in plastic beforehand. The return process is complicated by the fact that you cannot ship it back to Watches.com rather than to an importer faclity. All in all not a great experience. If you plan on purchasing a watch, make sure you read the fine print.”

“Great company, and we worked together through a few hiccups. Bought a watch and it was damaged. Company immediately shipped a replacement watch after a few emails. A technical glitch prevented them from seeing my reply emails, but an inquiry through the website resolved it.”
