My watch was ordered on 14th Nov and has been stuck in Customs at Heathrow since 21st November (13 days & counting). I’m expecting customs to contact me but no-one has. Have sent several messages to Watches.com who just tell to contact DHL - but DHL tell me to contact the vendor! No idea how this will be resolved or if I will ever get the Watch.

I purchased a very expensive watch only to receive an used/open box item, watch arrived with a teared box, without tags and dirty full of smudges and fingerprints, what a disappointment, I will definitely never purchase anything from this vendor and I encourage everyone else to look some place else, this place is dishonest and not worth anyone's business.

I am unsatisfied severely never ordering a watch from here again, I bought a watch i received it defective, and I returned it and i didn’t get a refund for the fees I paid for shipping.

I bought a watch from here and then decided I wanted to return it due to it being to big for my wrist. The watch itself was nice. I have sent a return request to get a refund on my watch and it was approved for refund. So I mailed it back in the time frame they requested and have yet to receive my refund for it. I'm not impressed with the return and refund this company has because I have returned my watch and have not received any refund.

Watch ist not working. Even with hand wind the watch stops after two minutes. The rotor makes cracking noise inside the watch.

Having paid for the gold range of mystery watches I expected to get a mechanical, or maybe a automatic watch, instead I got the exact same quartz watch that I recieved when I bought the bronze level mystery watch. Very disappointing that such a difference in price lands the same low value quartz watch. Would not recommend.
