Watch ist not working. Even with hand wind the watch stops after two minutes. The rotor makes cracking noise inside the watch.

Having paid for the gold range of mystery watches I expected to get a mechanical, or maybe a automatic watch, instead I got the exact same quartz watch that I recieved when I bought the bronze level mystery watch. Very disappointing that such a difference in price lands the same low value quartz watch. Would not recommend.

Watches.com advertised “Free Shipping” for my selected item, but then charged $11 without my knowledge… Watches.com advertised the watch as 40.5mm case size, but their measurement included the crown guards - including the crown guards is not industry standard. The watch actual case size is 37.7mm. I had to pay for the return shipping. Still waiting on my refund… So if you want to pay $25 to look at Watches.com’s mistakes and lack of knowledge of the Industry standard's…. No response from Watches.com regarding my complaint.

I do see that your return request was approved and return mailing instructions were provided on 12/24. Please do let us know if you did not receive that email and we are happy to resend that information. Please note that all charges are quoted at checkout and prior to payment. So the charges are authorized directly by the customer. Your order did receive the free standard shipping as noted on our website terms. I do see that you did have package protection included on your order, which can be added and removed at checkout by the customer prior to payment. So on the order confirmation it is noted as "Navidium Shipping Protection" just for clarification. You can always remove it prior to confirming the order as well. For all noted specifications and measurements, those are provided directly by each individual brand. You are welcome to contact RZE regarding this information, as we are only a retailer, and not the manufacturer. They will be able to assist you with how the measurements are taken etc. We do appreciate your business and please let us know if you have any additional questions. You may provide return tracking to our team at contact@watches.com and they would be happy to follow up on the return and refund status for you!

I received the watch I ordered for my son’s birthday, no problem. When he got the same watch from his dad, I initiated the return via the website & through the email process with order # just as they instructed. The reply I received was that they would review and I was to await approval & further instructions. I waited 1 week and sent another email. I have still not received a reply after another 3 days. I’m waiting on the $300+ credit so I can buy him a gift for his bday that was over 2 weeks ago! This should be wrapped up and done and instead I’m full of anxiety waiting on an email that doesn’t come. Ridiculous.

I am getting NO Assistance from this company, paid for a watch that was stated to be delivered by USPS but DHL stated undeliverable. NO DOOR TAG! NO clue where my package is! I have asked for a refund. CRICKETS!!

Watch is defective. I emailed customer service describing the problem and have not received a reply after several business days. The watch design is outstanding. I would expect a timely reply from customer service

I ordered the gold level women's mystery watch. I understood the risk that I may not get a watch that I like. That I'm okay with. That I can live with. I did receive a watch. Unfortunately it is not my style as I had prepared myself for that. I figured I might just give it away or sell it if I ultimately was not going to use it. However, the most disappointing fact of the matter is is that this watch was received with a cosmetic defect that cannot easily be repaired unless done by a professional. The plate that has 5 second/minutes intervals engraved into it is misaligned. I likely cannot sell this watch. Since there are no refunds or exchanges I'm stuck with this cosmetically defective watch that I ultimately will not wear. This experience has been disappointing.

Hey Laura, This diave watch model has a unidirectional bezel that can rotate. You would just need to click it once to the right and it should align perfectly at the top. Hope that helps! The watch I ordered (Timex Fairfield Supernova Chrono Gunmetal) was on backorder and I indicated that I would want to be notified when it became available. I was notified and I ordered the watch, which was a gift for someone in Texas (I live in PA). The watch that was received was not the watch that I ordered. I didn't bother going through the return process due to the distance and it being a gift.
