I ordered a watch from watches and when it finally arrived it was not the watch I ordered. The return process has been an absolute nightmare, needless to say I still don’t have the watch I ordered. Rather than getting my order fixed they tried getting me to keep the watch they sent me for an extra 10 percent off. Extremely poor customer service.

Please note that as posted on our website, we do always offer a "keep it" 10% off discount as an option for our customers. I do see that our team has already requested the item to be shipped back, and a replacement shipment was set up. Once that ships, you will receive a tracking number for the replacement. I have the watch on now. It is a lot fun. Buying it was not so much fun. When pre-paid it was said shipping would start around 12/22. Note the word around. That isn't a specific date, but a specific date is important because so many things are tied to the date. Why no message before hand? In your fine print if a claim is not made in the correct time frame then tough luck to me. Or maybe not as a lawyer I'd so no, tough lunch to you. You should study amazon.com cause they get such matters almost perfectly right. Legally,You guys must before you ship anything must send an email or text notice, that it is being shipped so as to start the clock. And what info must include when it was actually shipped and a tracking /shippping number. You should ask for a response to such a notice to make it is clear everyone is on the same page. I am a doctor with Doctors Without Borders (when I'm not being a lawyer), I was sent to the Ukraine / Russia for it's special militry opertaion. I don't always have the time to read emails everyday. So without blaming you I am not very happy about how all of this went down. Feedback is a gift use it to becone a better company. Make things as easy as possible to buy. I learned that from Tommy Border of the now ancient Borders Books. Dont get in the way of someone trying to buy the rug your floor, because that is the way real retail works: sell to anyone anything they want to buy in the store. Things sold that way can always be replaced. By way of example, You may not be in the prints or rug business but if someone will buy something you have on the wall or floor: then sell it. Else why not? Your operations do not speak well of whatyou have beeb doing. I have bought 3 watches from you and I hated each buying process.

I received the wrong watch, I already returned the wrong watch ( which I shouldn't have sent back until I received the correct one ) Still waiting for the one I ordered. If I don't receive it soon I will dispute the charge with my credit card company.

Hi Aaron! It does look like our agents have been in contact with you regarding your damaged watch and provided you with a shipping label! Once your damaged watch arrives and is checked in by our warehouse staff, we'd be happy to issue that refund as mentioned in the email correspondence! This can take 7-10 extra business days once it is delivered. As of today, it doesn't look like it has been shipped back according to the tracking number! But we'll have someone reach out to you and if needed, reach out to USPS :)

Great watch, good price. But it was promoted for Graduation and the watch arrived over 3 weeks after placing the order, even after paying hefty shipping fee compared to other stores. Pricey shipping, super late delivery, no courtesy email to provide explanation or notice of it not arriving on time.

Advertised like I was getting a great deal…spent $29 got a $29 watch, don’t mess with the mystery deals, just get the watch you want and pay for it.

Hello Scott! Thanks for leaving a review. Some countries are very limited to shipping options. Carrier rates can definitely cost more if delivery companies are limited. We do also have expedited shipping if you even need an order faster. I do hope you love the watch! Zodiac is a great brand!

Received the watch fine. But I want to return it but nobody has come back to me on how to do it. Emailed twice and tried to call the number on the invoice but unfortunately the number doesn't work. I still want to return the watch but I don't know how to nor am I getting any help.

The watch I was sent was also on sale for 9 bucks more than I paid. Lesson learned was to buy what I want. No more surprises with a mystery watch.

My first watch arrived at Christmas with a big crack in the crystal. Xeric Trappist 1 Apollo 11. The replacement does not wind or work at all. They said watches are quality tested before shipping. Just got my Kjntued watch. It has a big scratch on the crystal. Buyer beware!!

Not the best first experience. I ordered the bronze mystery box. I received Timex box with “Tendency “brand watch inside it. Customer service said that’s done on purpose. Get what you pay for I guess. So disappointing. Maybe I’ll try it again one day.

Watches.com is just an E-Commerce website front without any actual inventory. They are a broker who sells and ships direct from the manufacturer. You must do your own research on the watch you are buying beforehand. It also took over a month to receive the watch. It did arrive well packaged and in perfect condition. The price was fair and the watch is a quality piece. There is almost zero customer service with this company - just an online watch broker.
