“My first time order from Watches.com. It went off without a hitch and shipping was expedient. Should I need another watch (which is possible to never happen - I'm old) I could up it to 5 starts.”

“Nice looking watch, with the only downside being a case thickness to diameter ratio. However, for a $400 GMT, water-resistant to 330m/1000 ft dive watch, it is outstanding. Its accuracy is in the 30 second/month range for a non-Swiss movement. If the case were, say, 43mm wide it would be a 4.9 to 5.0 - and, even though I gave a 4.0 score, it rates a 4.6-4.7 in my book!”

“Watches has the widest array of unique watches I have ever seen. So many different kinds I had never seen or heard of before. Interesting to explore them all. I didn't give them the site a 5 because 5 represents the best of the best---takes time to prove that and it has only been a few days. And I said 7 on recommending to a friend or colleague---and I don't have either.”

“Hard to review because I would give a 5 star for purchasing from you and communicating with your customer service. However, your website is sub-standard - to put it colloquially- it sucks and is a turn-off. Very hard to search for products - not all show up in the search. Very, very annoying pop-ups - every time you leave a page to see a watch detail and return, there’s the same annoying pop-up! On an iPhone these distractions take up significant real estate. So I’d rate your website 1.5-2 stars for hard to navigate and search with distractions.”

“Key points! -customer service is 10/10 -I would recommend to the person who isn’t super into watches but wants something that looks cool. Otherwise, I think the watches are well overpriced and some are drop shipped.”

“This website can’t really be surpassed in terms of anything you might be looking for in a time piece for your wrist. You can’t stump the search engine here. The brand you’re curious about will come up in responses and you can shop at that point to your hearts content as I do over and over.”

“I purchased the Cadola Giulia Suprema Automatic Glossy Black for $108 on sale. This is a great watch; however, the bracelet seemed a little light. I replaced the bracelet with a black sale cloth strap with white stitching and a deployment clasp. It looks great now. I just wish it had a sapphire crystal. I would’ve paid a little bit more for that option. All in all this was a great purchase.”

“Great website with a lot of options and interesting brands. Using the website on the phone is awful though, because if you look at an item, it takes you back to the start of the search results. I used to buy every Xeric that came out, but the prices have gotten to be too high to continue my collection.”
