“My experience with watches.com was a positive one. After finding the perfect watch that matched all the criteria I set out; (case size movement type, colour) I was happy to find they shipped to my address. They gave updates regularly via the Route app the only thing they could improve on was the delivery time.”

“I would like to preface by thanking Alyssa with customer service for her assistance with my ordering process. I had returned a watch prior to receiving my halograph III, and she was incredibly helpful and quick to reply. Despite this, I wish I experienced better shipping. I had paid for UPS priority shipping (next day), and received the watch 7 business days later. The website advertised through UPS, but DHL ended up handling the package. This is no fault of watches.com, but it was very frustrating to spend 40 USD on shipping that experienced normal delays at customs.”

“Good price, the watch came in two weeks. Only gets four stars because I had to reattach the clasp securing clip, which had fallen off, the very small securing pin had fallen out, but luckily was still in the package. Like many low-cost watch companies they don't seem to examine the watch before it ships!! No biggie the profit margins are probably too low to accommodate this, so it is a customer's choice where to shop, discount dealers or pay a huge amount of more to buy the same thing for that little bit of better service!! I fixed it myself, subject to getting a watch repair guy to inspect it soon. I am in Australia so the prospect of sending it back is just too much hassle and then waiting 3 months for repair, which is the history with O/S repairs for this guy so far. But the rest of the watch is great.”
