I would like to preface by thanking Alyssa with customer service for her assistance with my ordering process. I had returned a watch prior to receiving my halograph III, and she was incredibly helpful and quick to reply.
Despite this, I wish I experienced better shipping. I had paid for UPS priority shipping (next day), and received the watch 7 business days later. The website advertised through UPS, but DHL ended up handling the package. This is no fault of watches.com, but it was very frustrating to spend 40 USD on shipping that experienced normal delays at customs.
