“The watch in the ad was shown on a man’s wrist which is photoshopped cause there’s lots of images with the same wrist. When I received mine it was significantly smaller than the watch in the picture (relative to the wrist in the image). The watch is nice, but not quite what I was hoping for.”

Hey John! Thanks for leaving a review! Sorry to hear about the troubles. Have you emailed our team? We tend to get a lot of emails regarding chronograph functions. The seconds hand will only work when the chrono is in use. So sometimes it's unclear if it's running right away. I am wondering, if perhaps that's what you're referring to? “The watch is stylish but a bit more chunky than what the images portrayed. The power reserve is not very accurate. The watch will stop moving with two segments left. You will need to move around a bit to keep the watch wound. I haven't found that happy spot yet. The reserve is good for a day or less.”

“Meh - It was just a robotic internet purchase. Shipping was slow as the watch was shipped direct from Hong Kong. Watches.com appears to be an ECommerce website with no actual inventory on hand and ships from the manufacturer. I just happened to like the watch and did research before buying it.”

“the Timex Waterbury i received was in my opinion more relevant to bronze level rather than silver very disillusioned with level of watch supplied which does not detract from the fact it is a serviceable watch but not one at the level i was expecting .customer service are very good at replying and sending watch instruction downloads may well deal again despite initial disappointment”

“While I like the watch I asked a question about the ability to get additional links for the bracelet before the purchase. I was told that I could get additional links from the manufacturer and that one or two would be the included. In the end neither of these are the case so the bracelet is very tight. Love watch the cs representative was very nice. That was disappointing. Ken Buren”

“i have had issues with this company in the past. but, i have to compliment the service they provided re a purchase i made several months ago. first, they gave me the solution to my issue with the watch. then i didn't follow the advice bc i couldn't see how to apply the very clear instructions bc i'm basically an idiot. anyway i sent the watch to them and they fixed the problem right away and shipped it back to me FREE! thanks Alyssa!”
