“The watch in the ad was shown on a man’s wrist which is photoshopped cause there’s lots of images with the same wrist. When I received mine it was significantly smaller than the watch in the picture (relative to the wrist in the image). The watch is nice, but not quite what I was hoping for.”

Hey John! Thanks for leaving a review! Sorry to hear about the troubles. Have you emailed our team? We tend to get a lot of emails regarding chronograph functions. The seconds hand will only work when the chrono is in use. So sometimes it's unclear if it's running right away. I am wondering, if perhaps that's what you're referring to? “Delivery was fast and I got what I wanted. However, my credit card was compromised after this purchase. Not pointing a finger at you but suspect! If no for that I’d have given you a 5 star rating.”

“The watch is stylish but a bit more chunky than what the images portrayed. The power reserve is not very accurate. The watch will stop moving with two segments left. You will need to move around a bit to keep the watch wound. I haven't found that happy spot yet. The reserve is good for a day or less.”

“Meh - It was just a robotic internet purchase. Shipping was slow as the watch was shipped direct from Hong Kong. Watches.com appears to be an ECommerce website with no actual inventory on hand and ships from the manufacturer. I just happened to like the watch and did research before buying it.”

“the Timex Waterbury i received was in my opinion more relevant to bronze level rather than silver very disillusioned with level of watch supplied which does not detract from the fact it is a serviceable watch but not one at the level i was expecting .customer service are very good at replying and sending watch instruction downloads may well deal again despite initial disappointment”
