Purchased a watch that showed 51 mm gave and the watch I received was no where near that!!

If you accidentally chose an expedited shipping method and wanted to change it prior to shipment, you can always email us for future orders or call us at 925-820-4300. It's not the companies fault but the tracking number I was given was never updated so I never knew when I would need to be home to receive the package and they left the $300 package at the front door..

Hey Jason! I'm so sorry about that! The post office recycles tracking numbers but usually they update within 24 hours. Of course most couriers are still providing contactless delivery, but a good courier will always try to place the package in a less obvious spot. You guys talk a long time to approve the return of the watch I ordered, which was a little frustrating. As soon as I saw it, I knew I didn't want and never even put it on my wrist. (The watch's hands were just too small.)

Hey Andrew! Thanks so much for the feedback! Usually returns are approved within 24 hours. They aren't automatically approved because we have a few brands that are excluded but we'll look into a more automated version. New watch with a dead battery maybe I'll buy again maybe I won't that is not good business. Your brand new watch arrives and you can't wear it, this company has to do better

the watch was awesome but she was broke. im waiting. i've good support but im sad. i,ve been waiting couple weeks for her. but thats life. i cant for having back!
