Selection on Watches.com is amazing. Great place to browse and order some awesome pieces. Prices and discounts could be better; I've found the same watches on the manufacturers' websites for a lot less when they're on sale.

The watch is fine and arrived in good condition. However, the delivery time could be improved upon. It took 20 days for the watch to be delivered by FedEx Smartpost. The package was not shipped by USPS directly. The company website seems to indicate USPS is the shipping carrier. I would not have made the purchase had I known FedEx Smartpost is used. FedEx Smartpost is a slow method of shipping packages. The seller's communication is also poor. I sent emails to inquire about shipping status but I received no response.

The watch is fine but it appears Fedex actually "walked" this package from Ohio to Colorado. Took two weeks from the date it was shipped (not the order date) to get to my house. It was a gift for my son and did not arrive in time for his birthday. If you are going to order from this company, then allow for a lengthy lead time.

Too much time for delivery Order history gives poor information for tracking my order. It indicates "Fulfillment status: Fulfilled". This doesn't tell me about where is the package and when will it arrive. I suggest you copy the Amazon tracking system. I still haven't received my watch.

Ordering the watch was no problem but when the watch arrived it was unfortunately broken. So I can only give a 3-star rating now. But the service was good when I had to return the broken watch, and when I get a new/repaired one I will probably give you a 5-star rating.

Difficult to see the needles in an angle. I am not very impressed with the watch and the price is a bit more than the watch.

Watch is fine, albeit indiglo is not impressive. Your on-line instruction for band adjustment cost me $17.00 as it said to remove the screws which were not screws but pins that get punched out. Thanks a lot.

Hey Thomas! Thank you for the feedback! All manual instructions come directly from the brand. I'm happy to reach out to Timex and make a complaint on your behalf. Unfortunately, most watch shops will charge to have a band resized, unless you have the tools at home to do it yourself. But it's really so much easier to have help. I still did not see my watch. I bought it earlier than a friend, we both sent it to the same place, she got it I did not. I sent a mail and they blamed COVID. I don’t believe it has to do with COVID if my friend got her watches. Anyway, can’t even rate the watch

It's not the companies fault but the tracking number I was given was never updated so I never knew when I would need to be home to receive the package and they left the $300 package at the front door..

Hey Jason! I'm so sorry about that! The post office recycles tracking numbers but usually they update within 24 hours. Of course most couriers are still providing contactless delivery, but a good courier will always try to place the package in a less obvious spot. You guys talk a long time to approve the return of the watch I ordered, which was a little frustrating. As soon as I saw it, I knew I didn't want and never even put it on my wrist. (The watch's hands were just too small.)

They aren't automatically approved because we have a few brands that are excluded but we'll look into a more automated version. New watch with a dead battery maybe I'll buy again maybe I won't that is not good business. Your brand new watch arrives and you can't wear it, this company has to do better
