i have had issues with this company in the past. but, i have to compliment the service they provided re a purchase i made several months ago. first, they gave me the solution to my issue with the watch. then i didn't follow the advice bc i couldn't see how to apply the very clear instructions bc i'm basically an idiot. anyway i sent the watch to them and they fixed the problem right away and shipped it back to me FREE! thanks Alyssa!
