Bonjour, Commande livrée tardivement. En plus j'ai du payer une taxe de 34 € alors que cela n'est mentionné nul part. De plus au dos de l'emballage il est noté "Default". J'aimerais bien savoir ce que cela signifie

The watch that I had ordered months ago was due in October. Now it’s December and I still there is no update as to exactly when I’ll receive the watch.

Watches is a very good online watch shop. I would give them 5 star if they sent my shipment with DHL and not FEDEX. Any online store sending shipment with fedex will lose 3 stars out 5. FEDEX charge unnecery uncorrect high taxes from European costumers. DHL does not charge extra money for the taxes and give correct tax deal. Any company sending shipment to europe should not use fedex or UPS. Use only DHL for safe and fast delivery. FEDEX even fails on delivery day in europe.

One watch never came and I still didn't receive my refund for any watches I've returned and I had to pay for my return

The website has a good choice but was very disappointed with my watch it was supposed to have luminous hands after being exposed to light and after watch under direct light still didn't glow and watch look like it came from the Uk. Maybe it was there reject not sure!!! Not a happy customer!!!

Very helpful but tracking did not work. I waited for a week and was told that the watch had been returned to their warehouse. A no hassle refund was issued. I don't think I will be using them again, not because they are not helpful but more because they seem to have issues shipping overseas.

Hey Andy! Sorry for the delay! Normal UPS Ground is between 10-17 days, however they do always reserve the right to list delays with international shipping. Sometimes getting through customs can take a little extra time. We see that your item arrived two days ago!
