Haven't received my 3 watch..I payed 40.00 for plastic watch..wow 159.00 plus another 39.99 from me..u really need this I know what it was but not one explanation of plastic

Hey Larry! Your return hasn't been checked in at our warehouse yet. Our policy is that we have to wait for it to arrive and be accounted for by our warehouse team before we can refund it. Bought 2 mystery watches. First off it wasn't a great deal. Could have bought the same watch for about $5 less anywhere else. Second off, they sent us the same watch for the 2nd one. As I understand how that can happen, their CS didn't really want to correct the situation. All we heard were excuses. After being a long-term customer, I will never shop with watches.com ever again.

Hey Kaveh! Thanks for your review. As our team mentioned in our correspondance with you, the mystery watches are chosen at random when they are shipped to our customers. It doesn't happen often, but it is possible that two of the same watch could be sent. It does look like our customer service team provided you with a prepaid label to ship back the second, duplicate watch even though Mystery Watches are final sale. If you chose to send it back, we'd be happy to correct the problem but it does sound like you confirmed in your email that you were going to keep the second watch and not use the provided label! This time my purchasing limited editions struts was very bad…cos u people dint send me proper invoice and they charged too much in custom clearance 😡

I rate this so poorly as I still haven’t received the watch, the tracking up doesn’t give an estimated delivery date and I have no idea what is happening. I ordered it 15 days ago.

Hi Rosie! Please kindly note that when standard shipping is chosen at check out, most international shipping is taking up to the full 28 days. Tracking will often appear stalled when it is in transit from one location to another as well! Your tracking did update in AU on the 3rd, so it is still on it's way to you! We just recommend keeping an eye on your tracking. Thanks for shopping with us!

I bought a mystery watch. The mystery is how to set it and use it. It appears that the dial was put on upside down, so 6 is at the position of 12. The instructions are printed in microscopic font size in a lught color, so they are impossible to follow. My Gold Mystery Watch? It's a mystery why I paid for a watch I cannot use.

I posted this before, but I just got an email asking me to rate so.... Do not waste your money on this, they will rip you off! I am disgusted with the watch I got. I bought the silver level and they sent me a USED watch, that you can buy new for 69 dollars! This company should be ashamed of themselves! Complete rip off!

My watch is fine. However, an employee of watches.com likely stole my credit card number as multiple spurious charges (about $470) appeared on my credit card. I would never do business with watches.com again.

I have been waiting weeks for the delivery and it would appear on the courier website that it is still in USA and nowhere near UK.

It is also peak holiday season, so carriers are subject to delays. We do recommend a faster shipping method at checkout if you would prefer to have the package sooner. However, it looks like your shipment is still on track and set to arrive within that listed time frame! Your last tracking update was today in the UK, which is the final destination country.
