Bought 2 mystery watches. First off it wasn't a great deal. Could have bought the same watch for about $5 less anywhere else.
Second off, they sent us the same watch for the 2nd one. As I understand how that can happen, their CS didn't really want to correct the situation. All we heard were excuses.
After being a long-term customer, I will never shop with watches.com ever again.
