I was totally unhappy to buy a watch that didn’t work. I don’t mind if it’s value or worth isn’t there after all it’s a mystery watch. What I didn’t bargain for was a watch that don’t work, that to me was totally unacceptable. I have since communicated with someone at your office and I am now still wanting for a reply which I sincerely hope is forthcoming in view of this.

Hey Keith, No cheating here! The mystery watches are all marked down much lower than retail value. In fact, the item you received is a greater value now that the model is discontinued and no longer being sold by the brand. As a first-time buyer with us, I would not recommend the mystery watches unless you are truly ok getting a random piece from our collection. I do see that our customer service offered you an additional option. That's great! I hope you enjoy the watch for many years to come!

Received a watch that appeared to be a used or returned watch. Did internet review of your company and found another customer complaining about the same thing. Did I get his returned watch?

Hi John! I believe one of our team members has reached out to your regarding your Bertucci! Rest assured, we still have his returned watch at our customer service office, so that's not the one you received. The orders that leave our warehouse are brand new and in their original packaging. However, we'd love to hear more of the issues you've experienced with your order! If you aren't seeing their email, I'd check your spam folder just in case it accidentally slipped in there. Hey James! I'm sorry for the issues you've had with your three orders. I'm happy to see that the third watch arrived finally at the beginning of the month! International shipping is taking a little longer than usual. It does look like a team member gave you return instructions for the Zinvo that wasn't working and they've got the replacement ready for when the team receives your watch back! As for your order that showed delivered but you didn't receive it, it also looks like a team member recommended you file a stolen package claim with the insurance that you purchased, I hope you were able to do that! Nothing misleading here, Rafael. You're welcome to return the watch for a refund anytime. We've shipped over 50 of those free items so far, so we know the codes are working, and the instructions are clear to our new customers. I am waiting already almost 1 month for the shipment of the watch which was supposed to be sent by priority mail and was intended as a birthday present. I am very dissapointed to find out that the package hasnt arrived yet and from the tracking information it seems to be stuck more than 2 weeks somewhere. My personnal feeling is that it got lost. Please correct me if otherwise

Hey Emmanuel! That email is automated and set to be sent to our customers about two weeks after your place your order. We are sorry for the confusion. We are also sorry to hear your watches haven't arrived. Is this referring to your February 15th order? Unfortunately, with standard shipping, most international shipments are taking 28-45 days! It does look like your tracking number has been recycled as well. Due to the high volume of packages the United State Postal Service (USPS) processes, they do reuse tracking numbers; sometimes within 45 days. When a tracking number has been reused for a new shipment, the old shipping details and tracking information will still appear when you track it on USPS.com. That should update once it hits customs in your country! If you have any additional questions or concerns about your order, you can always reach us at contact@watches.com :)

Got a broken Vestal Yacht Chron SS and it doesn’t function properly. Sub dial is off and chrono feature never functioned. Terrible considering this was supposed to be a “luxury” watch and worth a few hundred dollars. I wish I had never put my order in. Customer support has yet to respond to my emails. I feel completely cheated.

They "provide you with options" for express shipping your order. When you choose not to pay a huge sum for this, they get your order ready to ship and then just until the time of the premium options expire. Thing is, these days shipping companies hardly are able to ship slower than normal. They are just spitefull and want to try make you pay for something that shouldn't be a thing these days.

Not a good experience. This was my very first watch purchase, the watch arrived damaged, and when requested to replace, you didn’t have any. Was just given a refund. Why send it out damaged? And it just so happens to be the very last one?

Hello Aaron! I'm sorry to hear about that trouble with your Timex. Please note that all watches are inspected by each vendor prior to shipping to our warehouse. However, issues do happen in transit. Unfortunately, that is also a fairly popular model, and during the holidays, we do tend to sell out. So when a replacement is not an option, we do offer a full refund or store credit. I haven't received my watch yet. The tracking service indicates that it has left Los Angeles (December 3rd) - but it has been quiet since then.

Some watches are more expensive than the manufacturer's site. Please read their return policy before buying. Also, check the watch prices at other places before buying from here.
