Pending approval for a return I never did get that approval. What kind of nonsense is this. I will not ever give you business again

Hey Maria! Thank you for leaving some feedback! G Shock is pretty strict on pricing, so if you see something less than half the price, buyer beware. Make sure you're only buying from an authorized retailer, like us, or G Shock directly. They have a lot of knock off models circulating, which is why their pricing doesn't fluctuate much. Casio will also be included in this since it's the same company. Have contacted you about my watch delivery, got told even tho it was saying delivered to Canada, instead of New Zealand, it would arrive, it hasn't

My order was sent with signature required, I never got it and because I did not purchase their extra warranty thru Route, they will not give me my money back. I am out over $770 because of this. Anyone can sign for anything and because it was signed, I am out the money. Crappy service!

Hi Glenn, Thank you for your review and feedback. It looks like our customer service team has sent over additional correspondence today. Unfortunately, if you did opt out of package protection, and your shipment was lost or stolen, insurance will not cover a replacement or refund. We do recommend insurance coverage as most couriers will only cover up to $100. If you have additional questions, our team is happy to assist you further.

Order a watch, it was never delivered! Tried to contact watches.com customer service dept. They don't exist and haven't helped with anything! Absolutely worthless company, will never do business with this scam of a company!

Still waiting for a product I ordered on June 3 /2021. The tracking # with Route is left to be desired. It is June 19 th still no information. Don’t waste your money for ROUTE. AMAZING USPS BETTER. The all new tracking experience really stinks. Everything is unknown. Very Glad you asked about my experience. Would be very scared to order something VALUE.

Would give zero stars if I could. I initially did not receive an accessory that was supposed to come with my watch, had to reach out and ask to have the missing part shipped to me. Now I’m receiving spam text messages? No thanks, please remove all of my contact information from your system as I will never make a purchase with this company again

Well, first the battery died fist day I had to pay more money for the replacement, then today the pin that holds the clasp fell out. Tottaly unacceptable for a watch that retailed at 250$ to fall apart in 2 weeks and to top it off I sent you an email about the battery on the fist day and nobody got back to me

Thank you for shopping with us! Countries outside the US may apply customs fees and/or VAT on goods purchased from another country. The amount of custom duty and import VAT payable will be assessed at the point of entry of the destination country. This may result in you having to pay additional charges which are not included in the total price displayed at checkout (shipping is excluded from these charges and is paid at checkout). Watches.com should be called Watches.CON. I ordered a watch from them and received it. I was obviously "used" as the box had been opened and the all the plastic that is on a watch, the screen, the sides, and the see-through back were not there. I wrote an email to Watches.CON and they said, "...this is not a mechanical failure." I said, "...the watch was supposed to be brand new not refurbed." I have not heard from them since. I have emailed and called a total of 6 times combined. No one at Watches.CON responded. So, never do business with this company. They take your money and give you the wrong watch, a used watch, a refurbished watch, or no watch at all for your money. I'm not nearly $1,000 for the watch I purchased. They don't care. The money is in their pocket and the watch is not back with the builder for repairs. Only thing is that I had to pay for shipping and will have to pay for whatever is wrong with the watch to have it fixed.

order watch (money taken from my bank immediately ...and that is okay) wanted to return it It was such a hassle .........and no return label (most sellers have return label) shame on you.... then I had to pay to return then I had to ask when I would receive refund....took way too long will NEVER USE YOU AGAIN
