Well, first the battery died fist day I had to pay more money for the replacement, then today the pin that holds the clasp fell out. Tottaly unacceptable for a watch that retailed at 250$ to fall apart in 2 weeks and to top it off I sent you an email about the battery on the fist day and nobody got back to me

Thank you for shopping with us! Countries outside the US may apply customs fees and/or VAT on goods purchased from another country. The amount of custom duty and import VAT payable will be assessed at the point of entry of the destination country. This may result in you having to pay additional charges which are not included in the total price displayed at checkout (shipping is excluded from these charges and is paid at checkout). Watches.com should be called Watches.CON. I ordered a watch from them and received it. I was obviously "used" as the box had been opened and the all the plastic that is on a watch, the screen, the sides, and the see-through back were not there. I wrote an email to Watches.CON and they said, "...this is not a mechanical failure." I said, "...the watch was supposed to be brand new not refurbed." I have not heard from them since. I have emailed and called a total of 6 times combined. No one at Watches.CON responded. So, never do business with this company. They take your money and give you the wrong watch, a used watch, a refurbished watch, or no watch at all for your money. I'm not nearly $1,000 for the watch I purchased. They don't care. The money is in their pocket and the watch is not back with the builder for repairs. Only thing is that I had to pay for shipping and will have to pay for whatever is wrong with the watch to have it fixed.

order watch (money taken from my bank immediately ...and that is okay) wanted to return it It was such a hassle .........and no return label (most sellers have return label) shame on you.... then I had to pay to return then I had to ask when I would receive refund....took way too long will NEVER USE YOU AGAIN

the package was mis-sent to Thailand I paid for the "route" service but the delivery record is not correct, it showed a 2019 record and said it has already been delivered The watch does not even work properly, it does not work after winding.

Watch arrived broken!! The company refuses to replace even though watch was broken upon arrival! Gears on inside are broke and just float around! DO NOT BUY!!!!

I am utterly disappointed! What arrived fast but thqt what about the only posititive thing. The strap buckle broke the moment I tried on the watch and then I realised thst the battery was flat as well! The watch might have looked nicebut the quality did not defend the price paid

I never found my package the day it was supposedly delivered n right away I let y'all know n in response y'all said basically o well yr loss of money n no watch. I'm very upset 160 dollars is alot to me.
