They "provide you with options" for express shipping your order. When you choose not to pay a huge sum for this, they get your order ready to ship and then just until the time of the premium options expire.
Thing is, these days shipping companies hardly are able to ship slower than normal. They are just spitefull and want to try make you pay for something that shouldn't be a thing these days.
