This could have easily been a five star review but...
I ordered 2 watches from watches.com and unfortunately when they arrived one was broken and seemed as it was possibly used and re-sold, the second watch was supposed to come with a stainless steel band it did not. I have now emailed them 3 times over the last week and have received no response. If I don't hear from them soon I will be disputing the charges with my credit card company.
