Respectfully, our watches.com team will always follow up with the vendors directly to let them know when there is an issue. “Doing business with Watches.com is easy and professional. The payment methods are flexible, receipts are accurate, ordering and shipping has always gone extremely well. The products are very well described and the pictures are accurate. Pricing seems very fair. It looks to me like the NASA branding and some other brand partnerships are legit (I have two NASA watches). I had a failure of two watches, and while Watches.com refers issues to the manufacturers, they do answer their customer support emails and are willing to help as they are able. Both issues were resolved. Watches.com ALWAYS features and refers Xeric watches, and a couple of others, but always Xeric. I assume there is co-ownership or a strong partnership. Xeric watches are clever and as-advertised, but I don't always see the refinement, subtle design cues, and mechanicals that I would get out of an Omega or Longines. But they cost 1/10th to 1/2 as much so I am not dismayed or insulted by that. I still enjoy my Xerics.”

“Very good selection of watches great interaction & they secured me a sold out gem 💎 of a limited edition my pride + joy thank you guys so much. They then managed to get it half way round the world safely only to be let down by local couriers 25 mile from my house.
