“Great selection, good prices, and fast shipping. Only downside was poor descriptions of band material. Religious reasons prohibit me from wearing leather and this watch arrived with a leather band that was not disclosed in the description. The result was spending more money to replace it.”

Hello Mauricio- Please take a look at your orders and review the shipping address that was entered during checkout. There was no house number listed, only a street name. Please make sure to enter your full and complete address prior to processing any orders or the carrier will have delivery issues.

“I recently purchased a new really cool TIMEX watch from Watches.com. It is a thing of beauty and simplicity. Not your typical $35 dollar watch (although I still have one of those that I bought 10+ years and, you guessed it, it keeps on ticking and accurate too). I've bought a number of watches in the last couple of years but I favor my TIMEX more than most. With regard to Watches.com, the service and delivery were what you'd expect of any top rate firm. 5 stars says it all!”

“Order was promptly processed, delivery as described. Watch is beautiful, the catalogue photos are accurate. For some crazy reason AOL threw their emails into a spam folder, so for AOL users who expect an email confirmation, check your spam folder before becoming unduly alarmed.”

“I love the watch I've received from Watches.com. They look exactly like they did on the website. Additionally, the customer service was very friendly and knowledgeable; I had many questions before making my purchase. Typically, I don't buy watches online because I'm concerned that the picture won't match the actual product, but I'm happy to say that the image on the site accurately represents what you get in person. I plan to buy another watch from them in the future.”
