My watch arrived very promptly - within four days which was nice. The owners manual didn't really tell me how to set my watch - time, date, etc. I called and an awesome operator walked me thru it. The one thing I would say that needs to be improved is to show a true representation of what the watches actually look like on your website. That is, the picture of my watch (and I'm assuming all the other watches you sell) looks much better than it actually does in reality. In short, the picture makes it look brighter, and it has far more "pop and sizzle" to it than the way it looks on my wrist. I understand you need to make a profit and present your watches in the best possible light, but such a contrast between your website and what actually is is unethical and misleading. Even so, I will buy another watch from you. Thank you...
