I had to ask for special consideration when I bought a Zodiac watch that I had wanted for years, but it was always sold out. While it is a beautiful watch, I need more of a tool watch that can take a beating. I would have never felt comfortable wearing that watch on a daily basis. Watches.com was gracious to grant me a refund, and did so quickly. All I had to do was send it back in the same condition it was in when I received it. I don't think that's too much to ask, and I will gladly buy from them again, as well as recommend them. I really hated having to send the Zodaic back, but I can't afford an evening dive watch...you'll never see anything quite like it
