Not only was the watch wonderful, but the staff at watches.com—especially Daphne and Alyssa—were superb. There was a shipping problem and, thanks to their efforts (which were way above and beyond the "call of duty"), that problem was resolved and the watch arrived in time for Christmas so that I could give it as a gift. Kudos to your company for having Daphne and Alyssa on your staff. Thank you
