Had an issue with the Zodiac I ordered (not watches.com fault). Reported the issue to them via email and received a response in less than an hour. I returned the watch and was sent a replacement. Extremely good communication during the entire process. Highly recommend using watches.com! I'll definitely be making another purchase from here in the future!
