EXCELLENT customer service. Had an issue with the watch and the CS rep took care of it immediately. Do NOT buy from Asford.com. The experience I had with them was AWFUL. They do not stand behind their products and their business practices are shoddy at best. Will definitely continue to buy from Watches.com!
